than the life he’d been presented. Using the talent his dad instilled in him, he rose to the occasion and began to be inspired by the Black culture that surrounded him. He witnessed brilliant comedic relief while at home and was glued to the in-your-face, unapologetically Blackness of Dave Chappell.
