Actor, Comedian, Radio Personality Roderick Minger recently finished traveling the seven seas as house emcee for Disney Cruise Lines; he has performed in over 20 Stage plays. Roderick Minger was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama. He attended Stillman College on a band scholarship, receiving several honors, including Drum Major of the Blue Pride Marching Tigers. He is also a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. Rod Minger appeared on Starz’s hit series “Survivors Remorse,” BET’s The Game, and is currently establishing himself and sharpening his craft as a Comedic Actor performing all over the country doing stand-up comedy. He’s currently an Emcee for the NBA Atlanta Hawks/ NBA G League College Park Skyhawks, keeping the fans excited throughout the games. In 2023, he was the co-star in the top Christmas film on Amazon Prime, “He Who Findeth.” Rodwrites and opens for Carl Anthony Payne from the legendary Martin show and has created content with some of the top content creators in the game, such as Kountry Wayne, Desi Banks, Eman & Phillip Hudson, and several others. Rodrecently won a showcase for Kenan Thompson Presents, which led to him hosting multiple showcases for Kenan himself, including Atlantic City, NYC, and Ohio. He was invited to mix and mingle behind the scenes of Saturday Night Live.
